Design Process:
We work with our clients as needed to make their ideas come to life in simple, elegant and inviting ways. This process involves meeting with you (our client0 to learn about your needs, likes, and dislikes and how you would want your space to influence your life in the future. We then take these ideas and through drawings, explore possible solutions. Once we have that set of preliminary drawings we can come together again to discuss options and give spark to your new space.
Estimating and Pricing:
The Estimating and pricing phase will commence once we have a general idea of the project scope. This phase can take some time to pull together and will offer the opportunity for the client to manage project material cost and selection. Once we have an estimate of the project pricing and some of the bigger ticket items selected we will move on with signing the final contract and the build.
The Build:
This phase is the time consuming part but also the most exciting. Here you will be able to see your ideas come to life in front of you. Once materials are ordered, subcontractors are scheduled and the construction starts we are committed to making your project everything it will be. The coordination of everything from foundations, roofing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping interior finishes and more will come together to make your home a bright new space that you can enjoy for a lifetime.
